Pradeep Kumar Mohapatra
Pradeep is the founder of ProPeople Consulting Group (PCG). Currently he is the CEO and Principal Consultant at PCG. He specialises in Recruitment functions, especially in Leader Search, Training and Career Counseling.

An ardent believer of "One Life, One Chance", Pradeep essentially a people person, was driven to entrepreneurship because of his love for young people and interest in making a difference to their career. It is due to his single minded devotion and unique ability to motivate people that ProPeople has grown multiple folds, from its humble beginning in a basement to presence in other cities. As a Principal Consultant, Pradeep manages few very prestigious clients and personally looks into top management recruitments. As a CEO, he formulates strategies and drives the implementation with a committed team that he has nurtured and built over the years.

Pradeep has a total experience of 18 years in HR Consulting. An alumnus of AIMA and ISTD, Pradeep's mission is to position ProPeople Consulting Group as one of the most admired and respected HR Consulting hub cum Recruitment Solution providers in India.

Ranjana Chaudhuri
Ranjana has been working with ProPeople Consulting Group since 2006 and has had a distinguished career with the organisation. Starting her career as a Consultant, Ranjana has grown and currently heading the Recruitment practice at PCG. In her current role, she is responsible for planning, executing and managing all recruitment deliverables to esteemed clients in India and overseas. She is an MBA with specialization in Marketing & HR Management and carries total experience of 15 years as a hardcore Recruiter.

Ajay Sadhuneni
Ajay leads HR Consulting practice at ProPeople. Predominantly an expert in OD and Compensation Benchmarking.

He comes with 16 plus years of experience in HR and Organization Development. He worked in senior positions in HR in reputed organizations. He is an expert in OD and strategic HR and in building robust practices in all areas of HR across the organization. He has hands on experience in areas of Strategic and Operational HR, Skills Development, Management Consulting and Talent Management, Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Organization Development, Human Resources Development and Knowledge Management. He has done professional Masters degree M.Psy from Center for Advanced Studies in Psychology, Department of Psychology, University of Allahabad. He received training in design and validation of psychological assessment tools and psychometrics and is trained to use MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF, Self-directed-search, Gallup's Strengths Finder and various other psychological assessment tools.

Ellora Panda
Ellora is a Key member in HR Consulting and Training practice at PCG.

She is a Learning and Development professional engaged in evolving strategies for career development, talent management and knowledge management.

Having worked in various capacities, she was last heading the MDF of Idea Cellular Ltd for Eastern India. Ellora was involved in Talent Management and Engagement, facilitating creation of Centers of Excellence, Library Management, Capability Development . A Social Media enthusiast, she is one of the founding members of the Learning and Development group in Facebook for Communities of Practice having more than 18,000 plus members globally. She was the Editor of the L&D Community’s quarterly e-magazine EKAKSHAARA. Ellora is associated with India HR LIVE as a core team member . India HR LIVE helps HR professionals become visionaries in advancing the HR profession and help them become better change agents by looking at the big picture in their organization and the HR profession. Leading Communities of Practice is one of her passionate area of work and expertise. A Reiki practioner, she is an active blogger. She has been ranked in top 100 HR influencers in Twitter in 2014.

NLP certified, she is the Secretary of National HRD Network, Bhubaneswar Chapter. Ellora speaks regularly in various national and local forums on topics related to HR, Learning and Development.

Sudhir Koka
Sudhir comes with 20 plus years of rich and varied experience in people functions, predominantly in learning and talent management. He worked as Head of L&D and Talent Management for Indian operations of an American Fortune 500 company and as Associate Director – L&D at Cognizant. He managed Human Resource function with focus on partnering with business, employee centricity and delivery excellence. He designed and managed multiple people initiatives and training programs impacting organization culture, business results and employee morale and development.

He is a Certified coach and has expertize in role profiling, competency mapping, assessment centers, certification programs in business domains, Mentoring, Coaching, Leadership development, Performance Management system, Talent Review, succession planning, employee engagement survey, development of HR policies and systems, etc.
